PREVIEW: Megan Miller Summer 2012 Collection The Megan Miller Collection is proud to introduce two new lacquers for Summer 2012: Lemon Ice and Giada Pink. These light, fun, and feminine shades capture the freewheeling and loveseeking attitude aptly known as the “summer spirit”. Inspired by the popular Italian dessert, Lemon Ice is a refreshing soft yellow that lends a subtle, yet refined accent to any look. Giada Pink is an equally sweet sheet pink, whose name pays homage to the shade often adorned by famed chef Giada DeLaurentis. As is the case with the entire Megan Miller Collection, these seasonal lacquers use a three-free formula that does not contain Dibutyl Phthalate (DBP), Toulene and Formaldehyde – chemicals that have been associated with nasty health implications, including liver and kidney damage, cancer, and birth defects. More than just eco-friendly, this formula is renowned for its smooth application, superb finish and exceptional durability. Due to the sheer nature of Giada Pink and Lemon Ice, application of both lacquers can sometimes require two to four coasts, depending on taste and desired opacity. For the style savvy and health conscious, this little extra effort is worth it when the prize is beautiful, healthy nails. — Megan Miller lacquers are packed into such cute bottles! I can’t believe I haven’t seen these beauties until just a few days ago. I am looking forward to swatching and reviewing them. Stay tuned! Until then, please check out Megan Miller on Facebook and Twitter!
