Hello polishedmoments! In my English rose nails, I used INM’s Out the Door top coat. Since the English rose foils were transparent-like, the top coat didn’t affect the finished product too much.

I’ve tried numerous types of top coats, all which made the shiny foils turn dull. Please let me know if you find something that works well on the foils. :)
